About Me

My name’s Sharon and I’m the designer behind Sarcastic Scots. You might know me from my previous business name, Riamelin. I live in Fife, Scotland, and create my designs from home. 💙

Most clothing is made to order by my fulfilment partner in Wolverhampton (and sometimes by their other international partners). Sadly, I couldn’t find a printer in Scotland, but at least this way I can offer loads of designs and sizes without filling my wee flat with boxes.

Ordering & Production

All T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Mugs, Prints, Bags and Hats are print on demand — printed (or embroidered) after you place your order. (Sometimes referred to as "POD") This means:

  • I don’t hold stock.
  • Once an order is in production, I can’t change it.
  • If you’ve made a mistake, contact me right away after ordering and I might be able to fix it before it goes into production.

Production usually takes 3–5 working days, then delivery is another 3–5 working days (longer during busy times like Christmas).

However, small items such as Enamel Pins, Keyrings, Postcards and Stickers are stocked by me so they are wrapped and sent to you from my home. 💙

Choosing the Right Size

Every product page has a size chart — please check it before ordering. Sizes can vary slightly between brands (like Gildan vs Bella + Canvas).

T-Shirt Quality & Sizing

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Because every clothing item is made to order, I can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

  • ❌ No returns for: change of mind, wrong size/colour/design, or worn/washed items.
  • ✅ If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, I’ll make it right — just email me within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo.

If you need to cancel an order before it goes into production, I can usually do that — but a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover payment processing fees.

Where Items Ship From

💙 Where Items Ship From

• UK orders: usually printed and shipped from my fulfilment partner in Wolverhampton, England.

(Don’t come at me — I promise I looked for a Scottish printer first! 😂)

• Larger sizes (3XL–5XL): may ship from the US or EU (Latvia or Spain) if not stocked in the UK, but I still wanted to offer these options for you.

• International orders: printed and shipped from the closest facility to your delivery address — so your order arrives faster and avoids customs delays.

💡 Handy tip: You can even order a T-Shirt or hoodie for someone abroad (like in the US or Australia) and it’ll be printed there, not sent from the UK — meaning no customs fees and quicker delivery!

💙 Small items (like enamel pins, stickers, keyrings, and postcards) are lovingly packed and shipped by me from Scotland.

🚚 Shipping & Restrictions

  • UK: All items ship normally.
  • EU & Northern Ireland: Print-on-demand items (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Beanies, etc.) now ship directly from within the EU. Handmade items like enamel pins and stickers are UK only for now.
  • USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: All print-on-demand items ship normally.

🕓 Order Late or Tracking Not Updating?

Sometimes tracking pauses when parcels move between countries or carriers — especially during busy times.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, just email me at sharon@sarcasticscots.com with your order number and I’ll check in with my fulfilment partner to get it sorted. 💙

  • Tipping is not required in Scotland and completely Optional — no pressure at all, I’m just chuffed you’re here. 🥰
  • Gift notes: I can include a handwritten note with small items. Just pop a message in at checkout or email me with your order number and let me know.
