Here is the cutest little hedgehog family looking for a lovely new home! Will it be with you?

These cuties have been made with the needle felting technique and many many hours have gone into their creation. Felting is done with a special needle that has barbs on it, and with time, patience, some fluffy wool - and a lot of stabbing - shapes are formed.

They have been made with merino wool in various shades of brown, they have German Mohair "spikes". I've given them black onyx bead eyes to get the look just right.

Please note that my Needle Felted sculptures are not safe to be played with by children due to their small parts, but if the child is responsible, or perhaps if kept out of reach, they look wonderful displayed on a bedroom shelf!
